Programming - Putting together your training program outside of fencing practice. The what, when, and why of strength and conditioning work.

Frequently Asked Questions
Not a problem! We will help you create a specific goal (or two) at our first 60-minute Goalsetting meeting. All we ask is that you come with an open mind and an overall desire to improve your health, fitness or fencing.
Yes. You and your coach will develop your goals at the introductory 60-minute call.
All clients sign a 12-week agreement to start. After your 12 weeks you can decide to continue training on a month-to-month basis or as a recurring training subscription.
Yes, however fencers who commit to the full program (following conditioning, training, and nutrition plans) will see the greatest benefit and biggest results from their program.
No. Fencers with access to a home or community gym will have a much wider range of options for solo conditioning work but Coach Liz will take your available equipment into account when designing your plan. For strengthening with minimal home equipment, Coach Liz recommends fitness mini-bands like these.
